Terms and Conditions

Sea Salt Events ‘Just for’

General Terms and Conditions, refund and cancellation policy for events under ‘Just for’ including weather.


Refund and cancellation policy
a.) 100% refund will only be given if cancellation occurs more than 1 week prior to time of event.
b.) 50% refund can be given if cancellation occurs any less than 72 hours prior to time of event.
c.) NO refund will be given if cancellation occurs any less than 24 hours prior to event.

d.) New 20% payment of deposit is available and is non refundable. Any cancelled appointments will not get a refund.

e.) If you need to cancel at any time we will always try to rearrange for another date. This is subject to availability. We can only rearrange two times and if a different date cannot be rearranged then please refer to section a.), b.) and c.) of the Refund and cancellation policy.

Weather
a.) If the weather does not permit the event to go ahead, i.e. rain or high winds then we will endeavour to rearrange another date. If another date can not be arranged then there will be an automatic refund of 50% - this will be discussed prior.

B) Weather can be judged with yourself up to 1 hour before booking, If the weather is not suitable then paragraph (a) comes into play and a 50% refund or reschedule will take place.

You will need to agree with and understand the terms and conditions listed above before being able to processed with your booking.

Insurance.

We are fully insured, insurance certificate on request.

Graze & Nibble.

** Graze & Nibble boxes are solely the responsibility of the owner of the company. If there are any issues please contact them directly. We can not guarantee that you will be able to book their boxes on the date of your set up due to their availability.
