Sea Salt Events ‘Just for’

General Terms and Conditions, refund and cancellation policy for events under ‘Just for’ including weather.

We offer the option to add a security payment when booking for any package which means you will be guaranteed a full refund if your booking needs to be cancelled and cannot be rescheduled.

If the security payment isn’t purchased when booking and a booking needs to be changed we will always try to reschedule at least twice before offering a 50% refund. However the security payement guaratnees a full refund if the booking cannot be rescheduled.

Refund and cancellation policy
a.) 100% refund will only be given if security payment is purchased when booking and the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours prior to time of event.
b.) 50% refund can be given if cancellation occurs any less than 72 hours prior to time of event or if booking cannot be rescheduled after 2 attempts.
c.) NO refund will be given if cancellation occurs any less than 24 hours prior to event if security payment is not made when booking.

d.) New 20% deposit of payment is available and is non refundable. Any cancelled appointments will not get a refund of deposit unless security payment has been made.

e.) If you need to cancel at any time we will always try to rearrange for another date. This is subject to availability. We can only rearrange two times and if a different date cannot be rearranged then please refer to section a.), b.) and c.) of the Refund and cancellation policy.

Weather
a.) If the weather does not permit the event to go ahead, i.e. rain or high winds then we will endeavour to rearrange another date. If another date can not be arranged then please refer to section a.), b.) and c.) of the Refund and cancellation policy.

B) Weather can be judged with yourself up to 1 hour before booking, If the weather is not suitable then we will try to reschedule.

You will need to agree with and understand the terms and conditions listed above before being able to process with your booking.

We are fully insured, insurance certificate on request.
